Manufacturing Technology

During production, we rely on manufacturing technology, which enables consistent quality management according to DIN EN ISO 9001 as well as high flexibility, taking individual customer needs into account. With the help of  our modern production line, more than 600 tools are available to our customers at all times.

The same applies to 40 products, which are in stock and ready for use, if needed, according to the customer order. This flexibility ensures our high reliability in terms of delivery of all products on time — even if they are needed immediately. 

 
 

Quality management

All processes conform to the stringent quality management according to DIN EN ISO 9001. Thus, during incoming goods inspection, each component supplied is checked for dimensional accuracy and any damage.

We have the most modern instruments for this purpose – such as, for example, contactless measurement using optical waves or component signing using laser marking.
